Within three business days. Check or electronic payment. Settle it promptly so your slot stays held.

Don’t have all four yet? Put TBD. Names, gauges and shirt sizes are due March 1.
You show up and shoot
Every shooter signs Blackwood’s waiver at check-in.
Sponsor a Team
Sponsors have the option to donate their team slots to a fire, EMS, law enforcement or dispatch crew rather than fielding their own shooters. That gives first responders the opportunity to participate in an event they otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend without your sponsorship.
Want to back a specific crew? Teams looking for a sponsor are marked on the team board.

Pick a level and tell us who to invoice. MOCSAR invoices within three business days, check or electronic payment. The form is a commitment, not a charge. Levels that include teams also include entries, so part of what you pay is goods and services rather than a contribution; MOCSAR’s acknowledgment letter states both figures.
About MOCSAR
Montgomery County Search and Rescue has been an all-volunteer team since 1984. When someone goes missing, whether it’s a child off a trail, an older neighbor who wandered, or a hiker who didn’t come back, MOCSAR is who local law enforcement calls.
Nobody on the team is paid. Radios, search gear, training hours and fuel all come out of fundraising like this. Every entry and every sponsorship goes straight into keeping the team ready for the next call.
MOCSAR is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
