Sponsor the Gauntlet

Sponsors have the option to donate their team slots to a fire, EMS, law enforcement or dispatch crew rather than fielding their own shooters. That gives first responders the opportunity to participate in an event they otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend without your sponsorship.

Team levels include shooters

Platinum, $7,500: 4 teams (16 shooters), signage at the event, your name on event marketing materials, your name on the event T-shirt, sponsor board
Gold, $3,500: 2 teams (8 shooters), signage at the event, your name on the event shirts, sponsor board
Silver, $1,500: 1 team (4 shooters), your own sponsor sign at the event, sponsor board

Underwriter levels: no teams, one sponsor each

Cart Sponsor, $2,000: your name and signage on the carts
Shirt Sponsor, $1,800: your name and logo on the event T-shirt
Mulligan Sponsor, $1,600: covers mulligans for every shooter on the course
Coffee Sponsor, $100: “Coffee sponsored by ___” at the morning table

Commit by February 1. That’s when the T-shirt and signage go to print, and a commitment after it can’t carry your name. When the course reaches twenty teams, team levels close.

Pick a level and tell us who to invoice. MOCSAR invoices within three business days, check or electronic payment. The form is a commitment, not a charge.

MOCSAR is a 501(c)(3) volunteer organization. Levels that include teams also include entries, so part of what you pay is goods and services rather than a contribution. MOCSAR’s acknowledgment letter states both figures.
